Within a 50-foot radius of the caster, the casting time of all arcane spells and spell-like abilities is increased. Quickened spells require a standard action; spells that require a standard action instead require a full-round action; and spells that require 1 full round or more have their casting times doubled.

The globe of energy created by arcane obstruction moves with the caster.
